    We offer several printing methods, including: Sublimation Printing: Perfect for vibrant, full-color prints, especially on polyester or blended fabrics. Screen Printing: Ideal for bulk orders, offering durability and quality on cotton and other fabrics. Heat Transfer Printing: Great for intricate designs and small batches. Embroidery: For high-quality, long-lasting logos or designs, perfect for caps, bags, and jackets.
  • How long does it take to complete an order?
    The timeline depends on the order size and complexity. For custom printing, it typically takes 7-14 business days after design approval. For bulk or special projects, we’ll provide an estimated timeline upon inquiry.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we do! We ship both within Malaysia and internationally. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Feel free to reach out for a shipping estimate to your location.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept a variety of payment methods, including: Online Bank Transfers (Malaysia) Credit/Debit Cards E-wallets (GrabPay, Touch 'n Go, etc.) For international orders, we also accept HitPayApp and wire transfers.
  • What is your return/exchange policy?
    We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If there’s a defect or issue with your product, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that returns are only applicable for manufacturing defects or printing errors, not for custom orders unless the design doesn’t match the approved proof.
